Mifepristone Label

The medication abortion label was changed, per FDA, yesterday, but the label is not available. Neither of the companies that make the medicine have updated their web site or put out a statement (at the time of posting.

In light of Secretary Kennedy's announcement that he will review medication abortion, the lack of label update is concerning. If the review is similar to that of Tylenol, women in this country are in even more trouble. Project 2025 includes a recommendation that FDA reverse the approval of medication abortion (see p.548).

Medication abortion is not only incredibly safe, but new reviews of telemedicine abortion shows it safe to prescribe via telehealth.
